We are CASH only and payment is due at drop off time
All surgical pets must have a current documented Rabies Vaccine or one will be given for $15.00
Reservations for 2 or more pets will require a $10.00 per pet deposit mailed to us before the spots are secure. The deposit will be applied to your bill on clinic date. Deposit can be refunded or transferred for another clinic if we receive a notice of at least 48 hours prior to clinic date. There will be a $1.00 processing fee for all returned deposits.
There will be a $10.00 exam fee for any pet examined by our doctor for surgery and then deemed too unhealthy or hi risk for a surgical sterilization. Exam fee is included in the surgery price if pet is healthy.
All surgeries at our normal clinic locations are done by reservation, please call or e-mail us to book a surgical reservation for your pet.
ALL BULLDOG BREEDS, PUGS AND BOSTON TERRIERS MAY BE SUBJECTED TO AN ADDITIONAL $20-$50 NURSING CARE FEE, AS THEY MAY REQUIRE MORE POST OPERATIVE CARE THAN IS NORMAL DUE TO THEIR BREATHING ABNORMALITIES.
All surgeries are done by Arizona State Licensed Veterinarians
All surgical pets receive a 24 hour pain relief injection included with their surgery
We DO NOT accept reservations for our FREE spay and neuter clinics, they are first come first served
All pets 6-9 years old will require pre-surgical blood work before a surgical procedure can be done
We will not sterilize any pet 10 years or older.
Vaccines and services are for surgical pets only, we do not provide any services or products unless your pet is having a surgical procedure done with us.
We do not knowingly sterilize pregnant pets or dogs in heat.
Pre-surgical Bloodwork and an I.V. catheter/fluids are not included in the cost of the surgery. An I.V.
catheter/fluids may be purchased for your pet. Bloodwork must be done at another facility prior to surgery.
Any pet found to have fleas and or ticks will be treated at the cost of $10.00 to the owner.
Pain relief medication is required to go home with each surgical pet at a cost of $15.00 per pet
There is a $5.00 handling/processing fee for any additional copies of Vaccine & Sterilization certificates
Aggresive animal handling fee $15.00-$25.00
